📋 Description

• Support regional management in the operational oversight of up to 80 parking facilities • Assume commercial/administrative responsibilities, e.g., review of monthly financial statements • Assist with quality assurance and inspections of parking facilities as well as operational workflows and processes • Support regional management with site analyses and the takeover of properties • Support and lead projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training • Some professional experience, ideally in a leadership role • Strong analytical and communication skills • Enjoy working with digital tools and modern media • Independent and responsible working style • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Willingness to travel • Good German communication skills, both written and spoken
