📋 Description

• You manage client projects with a focus on funding drawdowns, utilization reports, final reports and invoicing. • You are responsible for creating and monitoring the team’s internal deadline management. • You coordinate and communicate with funding agencies and clients after project completion. • You analyze and improve administrative and financial processes, including the creation and maintenance of reports. • You organize team events and take on additional organizational tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a completed commercial vocational qualification or a comparable qualification in the banking sector. • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in project management. • You work in a focused and conscientious manner and have an eye for critical details. • You have an affinity for numbers and data and possess strong analytical skills. • In addition, you have a structured, solution-oriented and careful way of working. • You are eager to get things done and approach tasks with commitment and enthusiasm. • You are able to communicate issues clearly, in a structured and goal-oriented way — both verbally and in writing. • You are enthusiastic about commercial tasks combined with a strong affinity for technical topics. • You are confident using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
