📋 Description

• Strategic development and operational implementation of the AI strategy (AI bots & applications) in the Service Center: developing a target vision and architecture, setting up governance, establishing reports & KPIs, and independently coordinating with internal and external stakeholders • Responsibility for, management of and further development of bots, in particular chat and voice bots • Taking on project management tasks related to the introduction of new products or providers in coordination with internal departments such as Data Protection/Privacy, Compliance, IT and Legal • Management of product and service providers including cost and contract management • Coordinating special assignments for the Operations area

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the financial sector or in management consulting with exposure to banks • Experience with AI, bots, managing external service providers and project work • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio • Very good German and English language skills
