📋 Description
• Responsible for creating positive experiences for families post-enrollment. • Handle scheduling, communication, and operational issues to ensure smooth systems in place. • Collaborate with academic teams to maintain the overall student experience and build trust. • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
🎯 Requirements
• Exceptional written English with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically. • The ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution without waiting to be asked. • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing operational workflows where accuracy matters. • A student-first mindset with the integrity and reliability to back it up in day-to-day work. • Confidence working across multiple systems, tools, and communication channels simultaneously. • 2 to 4 years of experience in student engagement, customer operations, or another detail-oriented customer-facing role.
