âą Responsible for helping to scale revenue in the Southern Europe region âą Specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to end-users, and setting meetings with influencers and decision-makers âą Allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales organization
âą 1-2 Years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred âą Experience with engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person âą Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus âą Clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally âą Fast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes âą Effectively manage your time to complete objectives âą Experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them âą Thrive in a high-energy team environment âą Excellent communication skills âą Fluent English and French (Spanish and/or Italian is a big plus)
âą Follow an established and successful sales process combined with weekly coaching âą Setting quality meetings with IT departments across the country âą Play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! In the SDR training program at ControlUp âą Participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice âą Learn to generate qualified leads, prospect via a mix of personal communication methods, such as emails and cold calls, and establish the value of our platform âą Engage with a prospect, build rapport and find your prospectsâ needs âą Demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two quarters in a row
