📋 Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to elicit and document user stories, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements • Capture business requirements, business cases, functional specifications, and user stories • Identify standard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability • Partner with stakeholders across sales, finance, security, and compliance to develop analyses and documentation • Evaluate and communicate systems requirements and maintain systems processes, including monthly status reports • Maintain partner relationships for optimized systems integration and respond to managers’ and executives’ questions with research and recommendations • Create business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, and use case specifications • Develop process models, workflow diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and user journey flows • Work with IT Architects, technical teams, and vendors to design feasible solutions • Evaluate Convatec systems and propose improvements or new solutions to optimize processes • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers for successful project delivery • Develop systems prototypes that promote efficiency and productivity • Perform and communicate quality assurance throughout systems development • Assist in test planning and support development of test cases • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations • Support handover of new solutions and documentation to Operations Teams

• Customer-first mindset • Ability to bridge communications between business and technical teams • Fluency in written and spoken English • Ability to summarize complex information • Excellent listening, questioning, presentation, and facilitation skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to self-organize and balance priorities and workloads • Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders • Flexible and agile mindset across different functions and projects • Experience working in a global business environment • Experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Industry • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio • Experience with prototypes, wireframes, and user journey flows • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience in Medical Device Technology/Healthcare is a plus • Experience with data analysis, SQL, or business intelligence tools • Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or other relevant professional certifications • Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA, QMS, PLM, MES, and CRM systems is valued • Additional languages are nice to have
