📋 Description

• Oversee the full lifecycle of TrackWise quality management systems, aligning them with operational needs and technological innovation • Design, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications • Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and solutions • Create clear, efficient, and documented configurations and scripts following best practices and compliance standards • Participate in system reviews and validation activities • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems • Contribute across the full system lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment, training, and ongoing support • Apply emerging technologies to improve system functionality • Ensure applications meet quality and regulatory standards with QA and compliance teams • Assist with project planning, task estimation, and risk identification • Provide ongoing support, training, and mentorship to users and administrators

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT systems operations focused on Regulatory and Quality Solutions • TrackWise experience required • Experience managing TrackWise version upgrades/customization is an added advantage • Proven experience with Regulatory & Quality Systems • Proficiency in system configuration, SLA management, and business stakeholder management • Strong understanding of data management and regulatory requirements, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and system validation practices • Familiarity with SQL and web services such as REST and SOAP • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and change management processes • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity • Strong communication and teamwork abilities across functional teams • Experience with cloud services and technologies is a plus • Ability to lead training sessions and support end-users in a regulated environment • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field • ITIL 4, Prince2, or GMP is a plus • Related certifications are desirable • Flexibility to support UK/EU time zones
