📋 Description

• Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined within defined territory • Within allocated geographical region, interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care • Manage territory through the development of comprehensive business plans • Focus on highest return/value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share • Manage and develop accounts and own the relationship between the Company and the customer • Champion the NPWT and Surgical portfolio with all stakeholders • Be competent and experienced in the operating theatre environment • Run training sessions/clinical meetings to position NPWT and Surgical portfolio • Maintain and hold relevant MIA accreditation and full credentialing cover relevant to each Trust

🎯 Requirements

• proven track record within a Surgical Sales Market (ideally orthopeadics) – minimum 3 years with demonstrable success and relevant achievement • NHS Clinical as well as Technical Sales background working within an Acute setting, ideally within Surgical/NPWT environment • Evidence/experience of influencing key decision makers • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Highly competent at Account Planning • Ability to demonstrate good understanding of NHS developments • Experience working with a wide range of specialist and culturally diverse people • A winning spirit and competitive mindset is essential • Knowledge and understanding of IT to include windows, spreadsheets, power point, and CRM, • English language is mothertongue or at a high proficiency level both written & spoken • live within territory: North East, Yorkshire & East Midlands
