• Map, standardize and optimize revenue generation and expansion processes, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and efficiency in delivery; • Implement and maintain automations, integrations, and cadences for CRM, Marketing, and Customer Success (CS); • Monitor the end-to-end funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success) and propose continuous, data-driven improvements; • Define and track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline conversion, net MRR (nMRR) and ARR; • Support leadership in building forecasts, targets, and commission plans; • Serve as the guardian of data integrity in the CRM and other revenue systems; • Administer and optimize tools such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, Zendesk, or equivalents; • Create and maintain performance dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar); • Act as a partner to leadership to ensure alignment and execution cadence; • Foster autonomy, clarity, and a data-driven culture within front-office teams.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, with background in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CS Ops in B2B SaaS companies; • Experience working in companies with established process and governance structures, and a desire to work in a growing, transformative environment; • Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, etc.); • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, funnel modeling, and BI dashboarding.
