âą 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the B2B SaaS space âą Proven ability to scale high-performing CS organizations through structure, process, and systems âą Ability to understand customer workflows, derive insights, and translate them into improvements âą Demonstrated competence in change management âą Exceptional written and verbal communication skills âą Clear experience driving retention and expansion outcomes âą High ownership, bias toward action, and ability to balance strategic altitude with hands-on leadership âą Deep understanding of the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), outbound dialer, or high-volume sales
