📋 Description

• The Native Chat Experiences squad is responsible for evolving the bank's conversational chat platform, ensuring native, high-performance, and scalable experiences within the Personal SuperApp, integrating NLU/NLG capabilities, human support, and transactional journeys. • Evolve and maintain the Android frontends of the native chat, focusing on scale, performance, and user experience; • Define and promote mobile architecture and engineering best practices; • Design and evolve reusable components (SDKs); • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams in discovery and delivery; • Ensure quality, accessibility, observability, and security in deliveries; • Support the development of conversational capabilities (e.g., transactional chat, human fallback).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Android Engineer (Kotlin); • Proficiency with Jetpack Compose (declarative UI, state management, performance); • Knowledge of modern Android architectures (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization); • Experience with real-time integrations (WebSocket / event streaming); • Experience consuming REST APIs and using networking libraries; • Familiarity with design systems and componentization; • Experience with testing (unit and instrumented tests) and a quality-driven culture using tools such as Firebase (crash monitoring); • Engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, code review, versioning.
