📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution and governance; • Develop and monitor schedules, project plans, status reports and risk plans; • Oversee Salesforce workstreams, integrations, data, migration, testing and deployment; • Monitor dependencies with internal teams, Salesforce and third-party vendors; • Support governance rituals, executive monitoring and change control; • Contribute to adherence to scope, schedule, quality and acceptance criteria;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, leading end-to-end CRM and Salesforce initiatives. • Knowledge of planning, governance, executive communication and dependency management in complex environments. • Experience in Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects. • Experience with Service Cloud, integrations and data migration. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid governance models. • Knowledge of Process Management and Process Analysis. • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
