• Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to closure. • Develop and monitor schedules, action plans, and project milestones. • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks. • Coordinate resources and allocate staff according to project needs. • Prioritize activities and ensure proper direction of involved teams. • Conduct progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. • Monitor performance indicators and project status. • Drive change management and risk mitigation efforts. • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered outputs. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Support continuous improvement processes related to project management. • Produce executive reports and progress presentations.
• Bachelor's degree completed • Experience in project management, covering all phases from planning through control and closure. • Experience managing resources and budgets. • Knowledge of predictive (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies. • Experience with project management tools. • Experience with software and/or ERP implementation projects. • Strong planning, monitoring, and organizational skills for projects. • Experience with change management and risk management. • Basic knowledge of information technology. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Basic knowledge of Information Technology. • Experience working within a formal PMO structure. • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies. • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar). • Experience with the Lyceum system. • Experience in the education sector. • Knowledge of digital transformation and process management. • Advanced English.
