📋 Description

• Act as a key link between business strategy and technical execution • Enable the team, ensure smooth delivery flow, and support people development • Translate business objectives into scalable engineering solutions • Create an environment where developers can thrive • Perform full functional management of the team (1:1s, leave management, career and performance) • Actively monitor team health (workload, burnout, morale) • Connect technical priorities with business strategy and OKRs • Sponsor structural initiatives such as stack modernization, automation, and observability • Define and track engineering metrics and processes (SLAs, SLOs, MTTR, Lead Time)

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of experience in the technology sector • Ability to produce implementation models and discuss solutions for high-complexity problems (System Design, Architecture) • Proven experience leading Engineers and Tech Leads • Ability to ensure accurate team scheduling and design efficient workflows (Agile, Lean, etc.) • Excellent communication to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to identify root causes in complex or systemic incidents and guide the team to resolution (Diagnostics)
