📋 Description

• Oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan • Conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals • Communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders • Oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance • Manage project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations with SAP FICO • Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions • Significant experience on collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development • Outstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel • Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans • Good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to manage portfolio • Bachelor's degree in technology career • Fluent and Advanced interaction in English is a must: conversational, and effective communication.
