📋 Description

• Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance; • Develop and monitor the schedule, project plan, status reports, and risk plan; • Oversee Salesforce workstreams, integrations, data, migration, testing, and deployment; • Monitor dependencies with internal teams, Salesforce, and third-party vendors; • Support governance rituals, executive reporting, and change control; • Contribute to maintaining adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in complex corporate environments; • Experience in Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects; • Experience with Service Cloud, integrations, and data migration; • Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid governance; • Knowledge of Process Management and Process Analysis; • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
