📋 Description

• Act as the lead responsible for the architectural design of the Salesforce solution • Define architecture for Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement, and Experience Cloud • Support decisions related to single org strategy, security, permissioning, and logical segregation • Design integrations with systems such as Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, B3 GPT, and IAM • Guide data model, Case Management, automations, and SLA definitions • Serve as the technical reference for the development and consulting teams • Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, security, and governance;

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce architect on enterprise projects • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement • Experience with integrations and APIs (REST, event-driven architectures, etc.) • Knowledge of security and governance in Salesforce • Experience with Apex and Triggers • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) • Experience with tools and integrations like Ab Initio (Continuous Flows) • Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple integrated systems.
