📋 Description

• Own the Your Private Chef roadmap, including subscriber personalization, wellness menu verticals, and menu recommendation logic • Own the chef and recipe pipeline, including chef onboarding, recipe intake, tagging, and QA • Work with kitchen and vendor partners on ingredient sourcing, costs, and kitchen tooling • Manage standard, premium, and extra-premium pricing tiers and unit economics • Support the B2B product team on Smart Fridges, partnerships, and integrations as a generalist when needed • Bring structure to an early-stage product as it expands into new markets • Deliver a clear backlog, reduce manual workarounds, and improve retention and CSAT • Scale the chef and recipe pipeline without sacrificing quality or personalization • Make pricing and vendor economics transparent and defensible • Give teams clarity on what is being built, why, and how success is measured

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Comfortable owning a product end to end, from strategy to execution • Strong communicator who works well across stakeholders, engineering, design, operations, and customer experience • Business-minded, with focus on retention, margin, and outcomes • Passion for wellness, nutrition, or the food-is-medicine space is a strong plus • Experience with subscription, personalization, or recommendation-driven products is a strong plus • Experience with marketplace/vendor management or culinary/hospitality products is a strong plus • Experience taking a product from pilot to multi-market scale is a strong plus • Startup or high-growth environment experience is a strong plus
