📋 Description

• Provide expert support and implementation of Digital solutions including RI Witness • Manage new installations and post-implementation training as project manager • Support the commercial team with product demonstrations and technical validation during the sales cycle • Conduct system reviews and recommend optimizations to maximize usage and satisfaction • Document installation, training, and customer interaction activities • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support materials • Escalate technical issues and collaborate with technical service and R&D • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior specialists as required

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows • Strong communication and training skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate across teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF labs, technical application support, or digital solution deployment • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field • Fluent in English • Frequent travel and time spent in clinical and laboratory settings • Prolonged periods working on a computer • Occasional lifting of equipment up to 20 kg • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and occasionally internationally
