📋 Description
• Ensure the execution of daily and weekly batch processes in the operational environment • Monitor system and batch runs in a 24/7 operation, including on-call organization • Initiate immediate measures in the event of disruptions and coordinate incident handling • Plan, schedule and monitor periodic and ad-hoc batches and MFT/AFT processes according to requirements • Provide support during normal and emergency operations as well as for planned changes and CAB activities • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a stable operational environment
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in batch processing and scheduling with a tool such as Control-M • Experience operating IT production environments and monitoring processes • Experience with Adcubum Syrius or experience in the health insurance industry
