• 2–4 years of experience working as a General Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar remote support role • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage recurring administrative processes accurately and consistently • Excellent written communication and professional correspondence skills • Comfortable working independently while staying accountable to deadlines • Tools & Systems Experience: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) • Asana for task management and workflow coordination • QuickBooks or similar invoicing/accounting platforms *(a strong advantage)* • Video communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
