📋 Description

• Assist with guiding candidates through the application process • Coordinate recruiting efforts for SACSON's Talent Acquisition team • Schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates • Post and update job postings on various job boards • Plan and host virtual recruiting events and job fairs • Gather feedback from interviewers, initiate background checks, and help with onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Human Resources, IT Qualification or equivalent experience • Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources • Detail-oriented with a passion for candidate experience • Resourceful with experience in fast-paced environments • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
