📋 Description

• Develop and manage software project plans, schedules, and deliverables using tools such as Jira and Confluence • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution • Gather, refine, and document software requirements early in the process, ensuring alignment across stakeholders • Evaluate team capacity, plan for both new and ongoing projects, and partner with software managers to advocate for hiring and resource needs • Define software release schedules, track progress, and lead efforts for bug triage, tracking, and resolution • Provide clear dashboard updates on risks, progress, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and executive alignment • Standardize and maintain architecture, design, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility • Identify and escalate customer-facing issues and project risks; work with software engineers and cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software project or program management • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience) • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred) • Experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) environments (preferred)
