📋 Description

• Performing advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors • Demonstrating expertise in multiple window types and door systems • Conducting water tests and documenting results • Organizing and coordinating jobs requiring two or more technicians • Deescalating warranty or service concerns professionally • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales teams • Expanding knowledge of company products and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • AAMA Installation Training certification preferred • Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check • 3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred • 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred • Proficiency with hand and power tools • Strong understanding of installation practices for windows and doors
