📋 Description

• Perform advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors. • Demonstrate expertise in multiple window types (single-hung, double-hung, casement, sliding) and door systems. • Work with different window and door materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and various glass types). • Utilize a range of tools such as drills, sealants, pry bars, caulk guns, and power tools. • Perform diagnostics and provide technical support via phone and email. • Conduct water tests according to company protocols and document results. • Organize and coordinate jobs requiring two or more technicians. • Deescalate warranty or service concerns professionally. • Perform specialized repairs, including water intrusion fixes. • Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • AAMA Installation Training certification preferred. • Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check. • 3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred. • 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred. • Proficiency with hand and power tools. • Strong understanding of installation practices for windows and doors.
