📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end analysis of cross-functional business processes • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication, and risk exposure • Define and document current-state processes using structured modelling standards such as BPMN • Design future-state processes aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and performance targets • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream methodologies • Establish process ownership models, governance structures, and performance metrics • Build and maintain a structured process inventory and control framework • Track and report measurable improvement outcomes and benefits realisation • Define operational KPIs aligned to business strategy and process objectives • Use data analysis to diagnose root causes, validate hypotheses, and quantify impact • Support performance dashboards and management reporting • Partner with business leaders to monitor and refine process performance • Translate process improvements into functional and non-functional system requirements • Facilitate structured discovery workshops • Ensure technology solutions align with future-state processes • Conduct change impact assessments • Support stakeholder adoption through documentation, training, and governance enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading end-to-end business process improvement initiatives within complex, technology-enabled environments • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, value stream mapping, or equivalent frameworks • Proven track record of measurable operational improvements • Strong capability in current-state assessment, root cause analysis, and future-state process design • Experience establishing process governance, ownership models, and performance metrics • Ability to translate process redesign into system, data, and control requirements • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability using operational data • Understanding of technology landscapes and system change lifecycles • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business process optimisation, operational excellence, or transformation within a technology-enabled environment • Experience in regulated, high-control, or payments/financial services environments is advantageous • Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent is desirable • Recognised Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable • Experience supporting large-scale operating model transformation is desirable • Exposure to performance reporting and data visualisation tools is desirable • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening may be required
