📋 Description

• Analyse business requirements and HR processes within SAP HXM environments • Gather, validate and document requirements through interviews, workshops, process observation, user surveys and system analysis • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases and supporting documentation • Propose and design functional solutions aligned with business objectives and HR process requirements • Support Payroll and Time & Leave Management process analysis and optimization • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle • Define, plan and execute testing activities, including test strategies, test scenarios and test cases • Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards and project objectives • Support continuous business process improvement initiatives • Leverage AI tools to enhance Business Analysis activities, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted automation • Contribute to SAP HXM implementation and transformation projects • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables and stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant • Graduate studies required • English at C1 level, mandatory • Extensive experience in SAP HXM environments • Strong understanding of SAP HXM, SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors • Experience with Payroll Management processes • Experience with Time & Leave Management processes • Requirements gathering and business process analysis • Functional analysis and solution design • Functional specifications and documentation • Process flows, user stories and use cases • Business workshops and stakeholder management • Functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Test strategy, test scenario and test case definition • Business process improvement • AI tools for Business Analysis, including prompt engineering and automation • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams • Availability to work within the EU or UK, preferably based in Spain • Experience with mock-ups and visual prototyping is desirable • SAP Fiori is nice to have • SAP Process and Forms are nice to have
