📋 Description

• Execute and support the design of payroll governance, process and system strategy aligned with standardization, streamlining, and automation • Capture, document, and migrate local knowledge, policies, and processes into the HR Shared Services organization • Collaborate with system vendors, local country teams, and payroll shared service operations to implement globally aligned, localized payroll solutions • Serve as the foremost expert on payroll system functionality and address enhancement or change requests • Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize enhancements • Partner across the organization on deployment and maintenance of payroll solutions globally • Prepare and execute design sessions to optimize process and system configuration • Gather, propose, and support system enhancements for continuous improvement • Design, maintain, and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboards • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, system updates, and policies • Communicate system and business updates to stakeholders • Represent Payroll in Shared Services initiatives • Support operational teams in validating the impact of policy changes • Collaborate on developing, implementing, and reviewing surveys and audit controls • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred • 6+ years’ experience with payroll processes and/or transformation • Experience executing system implementations and projects • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships • Focused, goal-driven, accountable, and detail-oriented • Payroll knowledge in multiple countries • Project management or transformation expertise • Proficiency with Microsoft tools • Experience with multiple payroll vendor systems • Experience with HCM systems, preferably Workday • Preferably experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow • Fluent English • Preferred additional European language • Flexibility in working hours to cover global time zones • Willingness to travel for on-site workshops
