📋 Description

• Independently manage and execute buy-and-build transactions from initial contact through closing • Analyze and evaluate potential acquisition targets in the European B2B services market • Create and further develop financial models, company valuations, and investment cases • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Commercial functions • Prepare for and support negotiations, as well as assist with transaction structuring • Actively contribute to building and developing the German M&A pipeline • Work with entrepreneurs, management teams, advisors, and other market participants • Collaborate closely with an experienced M&A team and take on your own deals and areas of responsibility at an early stage • Provide selective support on strategic matters related to the platform’s further development and the integration of new portfolio companies

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 4–5 years of experience at a technically oriented M&A boutique • Experience in executing transactions in practice, ideally having actively supported a complete transaction process from start to finish • Excellent technical understanding of financial modeling, company valuation, and deal structuring • Ability to build models and analyses independently, challenge them critically, and confidently defend their results • Strong commercial acumen and an interest in small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurial business models • Structured and independent working style combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset • Native-level German and very good English skills
