📋 Description

• Organizational and technical leadership of the Security Operations Center (SOC) • Ensuring stable, efficient, and seamless operations • Coordinating and prioritizing team tasks • Responsibility for shift and resource planning across 1st- and 2nd-level operations • Identifying potential capacity bottlenecks at an early stage • Serving as the central interface for internal departments • Coordinating cross-functional communication and escalations • Supporting the professional and technical development of team members • Continuously improving SOC processes, standards, and best practices • Monitoring the current threat landscape and further developing the operational approach and security strategy • Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders • Providing advice on technical issues and supporting presales and architecture activities in the security environment

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in security operations, ideally as a SOC Manager, Senior SOC Analyst, or in a comparable role • Experience leading and developing employees • Fluent business-level English • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft security stack, particularly Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and Microsoft 365 Security • Experience analyzing security events and managing KPIs and SLAs • Knowledge of security automation, security engineering, and SIEM and SOAR technologies • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a high level of responsibility
