📋 Description

• Own the software and application landscape to ensure that all employees can work productively • Drive the automation of administrative processes using proven best practices and modern tools • Connect and automate SaaS tools through API integrations • Develop and continuously improve workflows to optimize data flows and business processes • Support helpdesk operations and act as the point of contact for your area of responsibility • Contribute to IT projects, including the implementation of new solutions and migration processes • Be part of the IT Operations team and create value through a customer-focused, automation-first approach

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a comparable role, such as Application Management, Integration Specialist, or a similar field • Experience with collaboration tools such as Airtable • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash/Z Shell • Interest in identifying suitable use cases for artificial intelligence and applying AI effectively in day-to-day work • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in spoken and written English • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to continuously optimize and redesign processes, tools, and structures • Open-minded, flexible, and enthusiastic about teamwork • Very good English skills (C1) required • Good German skills (B2) required
