β’ Supports Human Resources and Corporate Administration by managing administrative and HR functions. β’ Credentialing & Compliance managing the credentialing process. β’ Work collaboratively with Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer in gathering employee records. β’ Assist with new hire onboarding, E-Verify; Offboarding, including separations notices. β’ Use of HRIS to maintain accurate employee records. β’ Support employee engagement and activities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline. β’ Minimum three years of progressive human resources and administrative experience. β’ Proficient in MS Office and prior experience with an HRIS. β’ Critical and analytical thinking skills. β’ High degree of confidentiality and professionalism. β’ Ability to communicate (oral and written) with all levels of leadership.
