📋 Description

• Review and revise existing professional development and career development content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with program and regional requirements • Use GenAI to localize materials for target markets, including language, spelling, terminology, cultural references, job boards, salary tools, and employer examples • Update and maintain content across PPTX, PDF, and DOCX formats while preserving branding, terminology, and formatting standards • Audit and iterate on the content library to keep materials current and regionally relevant • Collaborate with content developers and peer review materials, providing improvement feedback • Participate in weekly and ad hoc meetings with the C1 content developer when necessary • Ensure localized materials are accurate and effective

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching • Direct experience helping job seekers with resumes, interview preparation, or job search strategy highly valued • Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners, especially in career readiness, workforce development, or reskilling/upskilling contexts • Experience with diverse or underserved learner populations is a strong plus • Excellent written English and strong editorial judgment • Ability to revise and adapt existing content while maintaining consistency, tone, and brand voice • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including Google Slides commenting and tagging features • Strong knowledge of resume/CV norms by market, interview coaching frameworks, and career pathway design • Ability to conduct market and cultural research and incorporate regionally relevant references • Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners, program staff, and subject matter experts • Ability to implement processes ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of localized materials • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a lean team • Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed • Ideal candidate located in Mexico
