• Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification • Solid experience in sales, business development or key account management – ideally in a B2B environment with consulting-intensive products or services • Affinity for technological innovation • Experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage • Negotiation and communication skills in German and English • Willingness to travel – predominantly within Europe • Customer-focused with pragmatic problem-solving skills
