• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in both Spanish and English • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients • Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars • Perform client intake and gather necessary documentation • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence • Maintain and update case files and client records • Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks • Follow up with clients regarding case status and required information
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) • Previous experience as a legal receptionist, legal assistant, or in a similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or case management software • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
