📋 Description
• Providing high-level medical oversight for the practice structure and policies • Assisting with the development of treatment guidelines and clinical protocols • Supporting regulatory compliance and adherence to state requirements • Advising leadership on best practices related to personal injury medicine • Participating in strategic planning and practice growth initiatives • Serving as Medical Director in accordance with Utah state regulatory requirements
🎯 Requirements
• MD or DO with an active medical license in Utah (required) • Interest in medical leadership, advisory roles, or practice development • Experience in personal injury medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or physical medicine is preferred but not required • Familiarity with lien-based or third-party billing models is a plus • Interest in long-term growth and potential partnership opportunities
