📋 Description

• Lead a team, be self-motivated, disciplined and commercially astute. • Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks, taking ownership and responsibility. • Ensure adherence to the Company’s governance and any contract specific requirements at all times. • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are a must. • Promote culture and values of the organization. • Consider problems as challenges and collect information relevant to the problem. • Discipline in ascertaining root cause, identify and develop practical solutions, communicate findings, and implement actions to resolve problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree • Full Membership of RICS or CICES. • May also be a member of other professional bodies or hold additional qualifications.
