📋 Description

• Supervise and support crews of up to ~20 people • Coordinate daily work, materials, and equipment; use light equipment • Communicate with project managers, directors, inspectors, and other internal and external partners • Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and deadlines • Manage documentation, reporting, and timecards • Oversee shotcrete operations, equipment readiness, and quality control (as applicable, depending on project) • Enforce safety policies and assist with managing any incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of directly related construction experience; field supervision in commercial construction preferred • Experience coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors • High school diploma; related associate degree is definitely a plus • Willingness to learn and teach OSHA‑10 required; OSHA‑30 training is provided as needed • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT card • Blueprint reading and strong construction knowledge (rockwork, steel, grading, etc.) • Preferred: shotcrete or themed‑construction experience; nozzleman certified
