• Manage audit and regulatory engagement, risk reporting, and emerging risk assessment • Drive consistent execution across Financial Crimes risk areas • Advise executives and business segment leaders on execution strategy • Identify and lead problem resolution for complex requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience • Strong organizational skills • Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently
