📋 Description

• Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization • Process applications and carry out interviews for talent both for external and IH openings • Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results • Analyze ROI on various sourcing channels and activities to inform future action plans • Deliver against set recruitment KPIs • Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in EN • Bachelor´s degree • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner • 3 - 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders • Knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques • Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic • Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines • Proactive and flexible approach, reliable and systematic
