📋 Description

• Build the blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups using search data, sales calls, trade press, original platform-data research and customer stories • Own website SEO across public Marketplace pages, landing pages, programmatic trade and region pages, technical health, structure and speed • Optimize content for AI assistants through GEO and AEO, answer-first pages, structured content and prompt tracking • Start content partnerships including guest posts, joint studies and collaborations with trade media and partners • Maintain organic LinkedIn and founders' posts until the Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, then hand them over • Act as SEO sparring partner for the website relaunch agency • Set SEO requirements, challenge site structure, own redirects and migration checks, and drive organic traffic growth through the relaunch • Make high-impact changes to the current website before the relaunch • Automate research, briefs, content and reporting with the GTM & Growth Engineer • Test new formats, landing pages and free tools using platform data • Measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up and demo request, and report organic contribution

🎯 Requirements

• Owned SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform • Demonstrated growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline, not just rankings • Strong technical SEO experience • Experience owning SEO through a site migration or relaunch and growing traffic through it • Hands-on experience with AI search and how language models choose their sources • Excellent German writing skills • Experience briefing freelance writers • Data-driven; comfortable with Search Console, GA4, Semrush or similar tools • AI-first approach to strategy, automation and content operations • Native-level German and fluent English • Ability to work effectively in a small team and learn fast
