📋 Description

• Take ownership of the affiliate portfolio and scale it further • Work with major publishers worldwide and turn SEO opportunities into measurable business results • Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies for existing affiliate websites • Optimize high-quality pages for rankings and click-through rate (CTR) • Manage backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate websites • Launch new affiliate websites end to end, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structure, and stakeholder coordination • Conduct content audits and improve the use of SERP features • Oversee link-building initiatives and work with agencies and publishers to strengthen domain authority • Research publishers, assess new markets, and evaluate domain authority and traffic trends • Assess expansion opportunities using business growth frameworks • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of SEO Content Managers • Report to the Head of Organic and work closely with publishers, Vertical Managers, and content teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive on-page and off-page SEO experience • Proven success in scaling organic growth • Demonstrated experience leading a team, with a focus on development, motivation, and high performance • Native-level German • Fluent English (C1+) • Confident managing stakeholders in German and English • Ideally based in Berlin; remote work is possible for the right candidate • Analytical and structured approach to work • Ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment • Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus
