📋 Description

• Develop the global SEO and GEO strategy • Prioritize across multiple markets and set objectives across the funnel—from visibility to qualified inquiries to contribution to CAC • Enable country teams with clear briefings and shared standards • Lead and provide professional development for a small team • Scale the team according to requirements • Manage agencies and freelancers both strategically and financially, including briefing, quality assurance and budget responsibility • Build and expand content-driven organic growth models into new markets • Conduct keyword and competitor research • Develop the content roadmap • Ensure on-site quality assurance • Co-own the content strategy with Content Managers • Align content with AI-powered search results and measure visibility • Derive further actions from visibility data • Build automated SEO processes using LLMs and n8n or Make • Automate briefings, content QA and monitoring • Technically monitor the website using Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and GA4 • Translate technical findings into concrete actions • Own SEO and GEO across all markets from Finland to Australia • Integrate classic search with AI Search across Google SERP, ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews • Independently contribute to strategy, sheets, crawls and briefings

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of SEO experience (in-house or agency) • Experience in a role with strategic responsibility or working across multiple markets • Experience building and owning content-driven organic growth models • Proven growth, measured by qualified leads and contribution to CAC • Experience leading or providing technical guidance to team members • Experience managing external service providers • Strong command of common SEO and analytics tools • Data-driven decision making • Daily work with LLMs • Self-developed automations • Deep knowledge of and active monitoring of AI Search developments • Strategic and hands-on work with sheets, crawls and briefings • Ability to persuade stakeholders without direct reporting lines through clear arguments, clarity and reliability • Fluent German and English (C-level proficiency)
