📋 Description

• Ownership of SEO and GEO across all 1KOMMA5° markets • Develop the global SEO and GEO strategy • Prioritize and set objectives across markets throughout the funnel—from visibility and qualified inquiries to contribution to CAC • Enable country teams through clear briefs and shared standards • Feed market insights back into the strategy • Lead and professionally develop a small team • Expand the team in line with business requirements • Manage agencies and freelancers in terms of both content quality and commercial performance • Build and scale content-driven organic growth models in new markets • Conduct keyword and competitor research • Create content roadmaps • Ensure website quality • Share responsibility for the content strategy with the Content Managers • Optimize content for AI-powered search results (GEO and AEO) • Make visibility in AI Search measurable and derive further actions • Build automated SEO processes using LLMs and n8n or Make • Automate briefing, content QA, and monitoring processes • Technically monitor the website using Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4 • Translate technical issues into concrete actions • Work strategically as well as operationally, including crawls, spreadsheets, and briefs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, either in-house or at an agency • Experience in a role with strategic responsibility or responsibility across multiple markets • Proven track record of building and managing content-driven organic growth models • Measure success based on qualified leads and contribution to CAC • Experience managing or professionally guiding employees • Experience managing external service providers • Proficiency with standard SEO and analytics tools • Make data-driven decisions • Daily experience working with LLMs • Experience developing custom automations • Closely monitor and assess the evolution of AI Search • Strategic yet hands-on approach • Ability to influence people without direct authority through sound reasoning, clarity, and reliability • Fluent German and English at C-level proficiency
