📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to product expert for Sales, Customer Success and Account Management • Answer complex customer questions and turn recurring questions into reusable answers • Lead customer feedback sessions, roadmap conversations and workshops, including with enterprise accounts • Understand customer problems and find solutions using existing product capabilities • Support product decisions with usage data and prioritized customer feedback • Explain product decisions and non-build decisions to customers • Project-manage custom developments, coordinating scope, Product and Engineering, and delivery timelines • Join Sales in complex demos and present the roadmap and product decisions • Work directly with the Head of Product to shape the product based on customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing product role in B2B SaaS, e.g. Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager • Ability to learn a complex product in depth quickly and explain it clearly to people with different backgrounds • Confidence in front of customers, including leading meetings, handling tough questions and saying no with good reasons • Experience managing projects with external stakeholders, including scope, timelines and expectations • Ability to turn scattered customer feedback into clear, prioritized input and pull usage data to support it • Daily use of AI tools in your own work • German at C2 level and fluent English • Bonus: experience in construction, construction tech, procurement, or product enablement
