📋 Description

• Create user stories • Plan software releases • Collaborate with teams to allocate human resources and prioritize features • Raise time risks and prepare mitigation plans • Prepare status reports • Track customer bugs • Work with the Product Manager and stakeholders to refine business requirements • Understand products and features, resource allocation, time management, and risk evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes • Detailed understanding of US healthcare and experience with various EDI healthcare transactions • Understanding of healthcare transaction integration points, including Claims Adjudication, Claims Pricing, Claims Payment, member, provider, and benefits • Good knowledge of data formats and communication protocols • Basic knowledge of programming languages • Ready to work flexible hours, especially during the pre-release time
