📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and manage the cross-functional technology delivery team. • Establish and cultivate relationships with business contacts to identify needs & generate and implement solutions. • Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for assessment and improvements. • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent. • Monitor and manage project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans. • Administer budgets, timelines, and performance measures to achieve short-term and long-term objectives for the department.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and a minimum of 4+ years of management experience with an increasing level of responsibility and oversight. • Experience working in an agile environment. • Knowledge of Jira or SDLC is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.
