📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate federal and state policy developments that impact Cotiviti's business and product portfolio • Track federal legislation affecting Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality measurement, and healthcare technology • Prepare executive briefings, policy summaries, and impact assessments for leadership and product teams • Translate complex policy language into business implications and actionable recommendations • Provide regular policy updates to Product, Sales, and Executive teams through structured briefings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Healthcare Administration, Regulatory affairs, government programs, or related field • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or regulatory analysis • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulatory frameworks • Experience tracking and analyzing federal and state healthcare legislation • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex policy information into clear, actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple policy areas simultaneously
