📋 Description

• Create user stories and Plan software releases. • Collaborate with the teams to allocate human resources, prioritize features. • Effective communication including raising of time risks and mitigations plans including preparing status reports. • Track customers’ bugs. • Work with the PM and stakeholders to continue to refine business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar. • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management. • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes. • Detailed understanding of US healthcare with experience on Various EDI Healthcare transactions. • Understanding of the different integration points of healthcare transactions like Claims Adjudication, Claims Pricing, Claims Payment, member, provider and benefits. • Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages. • Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
