📋 Description

• Lead and/or contribute to on-going support activities • Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues • Participate in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Create process flow documents and functional specifications • Provide user support for NAM and other global regions • Availability for off-hours support tasks • Provide training and assist other team members • Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Related experience of working as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst • Min 8 years of experience • Proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skill • Proficiency in Core Java programming and Struts framework • Related experience in Product Development and Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software • Advanced Formula Knowledge Premium App Experience/Knowledge • Experience in developing dynamic web pages using JSP and HTML • Related experience in Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate and Sharepoint • Deep knowledge of product development processes within an apparel environment • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Strong problem-solving skills • Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
