📋 Description

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and business results. • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, favoring declarative development where appropriate. • Provide global end-user support, including system configuration, complex formulas, and maintenance. • Proactively assist users with best practices to enhance their knowledge of Salesforce. • Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements including custom objects, page layouts, flows, reports, and complex dashboards. • Analyze business objectives and functional requirements, translating them into technical Salesforce solutions that consider integrations and downstream impacts. • Build and enhance customer support portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud, focusing on case deflection and knowledge base. • Administer Experience Cloud environment: user administration, content management, and configuration of complex security models for external users. • Manage and configure Service Cloud: Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and the Service Console. • Identify and analyze business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Salesforce. • Train and support an internal user base of over 2,000 licenses. • Ensure all work adheres to IT guidelines, standards, methodologies, and frameworks. • Manage and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and web services. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer. • A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, both declarative and programmatic. • Experience responding to production support requests and troubleshooting issues, including debugging Apex and other custom code. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. • Experience supporting Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments. • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for building integrations. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and exceed customer expectations. • Strong project management and documentation skills; ability to multitask while driving projects to timely delivery. • Technical proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, flows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, Email-to-Case, and advanced formula fields. • Proven experience with business process optimization. • Strong accountability, teamwork, and initiative. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Certified SFDC App Builder or Administrator (required). • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred). • Understanding of FedRAMP environments (preferred). • Experience with Coveo or other federated search platforms (preferred).
